Long Arc is a founder-led consulting and advisory firm that helps corporates and family offices participate in the venture ecosystem with confidence—from the first investment conversation through to the realities of portfolio stewardship. Corporates often pursue venturing with strategic intent but without an investor operating model, and family offices and lean investment teams often have strong appetite but limited capacity to repeatedly underwrite early-stage risk and then support companies after investment. Long Arc bridges that gap by bringing investor-grade discipline upfront and governance-led follow-through—so opportunities are set up to succeed, not just announced.

Ashwath Sundaresan

Long Arc is led by Ashwath Sundaresan, an investor and strategist with 15+ years’ experience across venture capital, private-market investing, technology commercialisation, and strategic advisory. He has led $20M+ in direct investments across manufacturing/industrials, energy, and infrastructure, worked alongside institutional co-investors, and held multiple director and observer roles supporting companies through critical inflection points. Ash’s work is shaped by having operated on both sides of the venture equation: the transaction discipline required to make sound investment decisions, and the boardroom pragmatism required to create value after close.
